Average cost of food – New York has food at every price range. You can eat a mid-range sit down restaurant for $15-25 USD per main course. Dinner for two with drinks usually averages around $50-70 USD. Prices just go straight up from there as NYC has some really fancy and expensive restaurants. Pizza slices can be found as little as a dollar, though typically cost about $3 USD. Sandwich shops, kebabs, salad shops, and cafe meals generally are less than $10 USD. There are plenty of street vendors with meals around $5-8 USD. If you plan to cook, expect to spend $50-70 USD per week on groceries.

Public transportation cost – The fare for a subway or local bus ride is $2.50 USD. The fare for an express bus ride is $6 USD. You can also buy a 7-day transit pass for $30 USD. Most cabs around the city will cost around $15 USD. The MTA charges a $1 USD fee on each metro or bus pass.

Visit the museums for free – NYC is littered with some of the best museums in the world from the Met to the MoMA to the Guggenheim. Many museums offer free entry certain days of the week. The Whitney Museum of American Art is free on Friday, the Solomon R. Museum hop – While the MET is a category of its own, New York City has dozens of museums worth visiting. The Natural History Museum, the MoMA, and Guggenheim are just three of the big ones. Pick the ones you want to see the most and visit those unless you have weeks in the New York to see them all.

Take in the theater – You can’t come to NYC and not see a Broadway show. There are many great shows here from musicals to Shakespeare to offbeat shows. Если пытаться кратко обосновать свою позицию, то она состоит в том, что в мире, особенно это касается развитых стран, накопилось слишком много долгов. Можно долго обсуждать тонкости, но “слишком много” долгов - это всегда следствие неумеренности расходов. Благополучие развитых стран частично было обеспечено проеданием здесь и сейчас будущих расходов.

Теперь подходит пора расплаты. Потребление в развитых странах, как их гражданами, так и государствами, должно сократиться. По некоторым прикидкам, это сокращение может составить порядка 20% от максимально достигнутого уровня (2005-2007 гг.). Частично это сокращение уже произошло в течение 2008-2009 гг., однако впереди еще длинная дорога.

Теоретически есть несколько возможностей для возвращения к приемлемому уровню долгов:

• самый благоприятный путь - это “вырастание” из долгов. Если в течение какого-то периода темпы роста ВВП будут заметно выше темпов роста долгов, то соотношение долги/ВВП придет к норме “естественным” путем. К сожалению, это не наш случай, все слишком запущено.
• промежуточный по болезненности вариант - “затягивание поясов”. То, что сейчас предлагают Греции и другим некрупным странам должникам (PIIGS).
• вариант дефолта по долгам - явный или инфляционный (”defaul or inflate”).

Инфляционный вариант, доступный для государств, у которых долги выражены в национальной валюте, внешне выглядит привлекательно в силу относительно малой болезненности. Именно он довольно активно обсуждается в последнее время в экспертной среде и выглядит внешне наиболее привлекательным способом разрешения накопившихся дисбалансов. Однако в чистом виде, на мой взгляд, он “не прокатывает”.

Возьмем, к примеру, США. Есть три серьезных соображения против инфляционного дефолта по долгам США (как государственным, так и частным):

1. Рост инфляции вызовет соразмерное увеличение доходности по долговым обязательствам. Это приведет к удорожанию рефинансирования существующих долгов и уменьшит доступность новых кредитов.
2. Примерно половина бюджетных расходов в США явно (Social Security) или неявно (Medicaid и Medicare) привязана к уровню инфляции. Т.о. увеличение инфляции автоматически вызывает увеличение бюджета и рост его дефицита.
3. Независимость ФРС. Хотя многие не считают это обстоятельство важным, я так не считаю. ФРС по закону отвечает за ценовую стабильность и даже самые ярые критики этого регулятора не говорят о том, что его надо лишить этой цели или независимости. Выступления членов ФРС не дают основания полагать, что они готовы совершить переворот своего мировозрения.

Исходя из этих соображений, я полагаю, что разрешение проблемы дисбаланса суммарного уровня долговой нагрузки в развитых странах по отношению к их ВВП будет происходить:

• В крупных странах через “затягивание поясов”.
• В мелких странах (в том числе большая часть PIIGS), через дефолты с реструктуризацией и, одновременно, “затягивение поясов”.

Думаю, не стоит объяснять, почему снижение уровня потребления в развитых странах процентов на 10-15 будет крайне неблагоприятно для рынков акций, ведя к дефляционному сценарию для биржевых активов. Если только не произойдет чуда (а под “чудом” я понимаю способность экономических властей каким-то неведомым пока образом “разрулить” ситуацию - на этот сценарий я даю 20% вероятность), то нас ждет встреча с минимумами 2009 года и, вполне вероятно, их пробой вниз. В отношении этой части своих рассуждений я испытываю достаточно высокую уверенность.

Ключевой вопрос - “когда”?

Вообще, я не сторонник гаданий в этой области и именно поэтому предпочитаю торговать позиционно. Однако у меня возникло ощущение, что ответом на вопрос “когда?” является “скоро”. Собственно, именно поэтому я сел писать этот пост.

Я приведу несколько соображений, почему мой ответ “скоро”:

3. Оптимизм потребителей начал затухать. Как известно, индексы ожидания потребителей состоят из двух компонент: оценки текущего состояния дел и ожиданий относительно будущего. Программы (и разговоры о них!) по стимуляции экономики позволили в 2009 году ощутимо возрасти ожиданиям на фоне блеклой оценки текущей ситуации. Время прошло, ожидания быстро завядают:

4. Меры по стимуляции не смогли стать той “искрой зажигания”, которая перезапустила потребительский спрос:

5. ФРС приступает к вычерпыванию экстраликвидности из денежной системы.

На мой взгляд, этого достаточно, что бы сказать “скоро”.

Замечу, что судьба российского рынка акций может несколько отличаться от того, что будет происходить в США и Европе, по крайней мере в долгосрочном плане. Многое для нас будет зависеть от Китая, от потребления им ресурсов. Тут тоже начинают накапливаться тучи, однако есть некая надежда, что “большой китайский кризис” разойдется во времени с кризисом в США и Европе.

 

Газпром пробил линию восходящего тренда и сейчас торгуется в диапазоне 165-175. Последняя свеча говорит о временной силе, поэтому можно ожидать роста цены и тестирование пробитой линии тренда снизу. Пока мало вероятно, что цена закрепится выше 185. Для покупки не лучшая акция, а для продажи необходимо дождаться закрепления цены ниже 165.

сбербанк все еще находится выше поддержки 80 ( http://stockportal.ru/technical/?p=1270 ). сейчас цена торгует диапазон 80-86,5 и можно ожидать отскока к верхней границе 86. пока маловероятно, что цена сможет закрепиться выше. ниже 80 находится слабо проторгованный диапазон 77-80, поэтому цена может легко улететь до линии восходящего тренда в район 70.

норильский никель сейчас торгуется в очень узком диапазоне, ограниченном снизу линией восходящего тренда, а сверху - уровнем сопротивления 4600. если гмк закрепится выше 4600, то возможно повторное тестирование маскимума 5100. в противном случае цена будет проторговывать диапазон 4250-4600 с высокой волатильностью (пока менее вероятный вариант).

как и ожидалось ( http://stockportal.ru/technical/?p=1249 ), выше 72 цена пошла резко вверх и начался шортокрыл. сейчас цена отскочила от вершины до уровня поддержки 72 с заметным увеличением открытого интереса. причем мелкие спекулянты пытались выкупать падение, а крупные шортили. сезонный индекс показывает, что в последнее время на февраль приходилось снижение цены. ноябрьский ажиотаж проходит и количество трейдеров на рынке сокращается аналогично июлю-08. ситуация меняется очень быстро и уже в диапазоне 67-72 крупные и мелкие участники могут поменять свои позиции на противоположные. это хорошо проторгованный диапазон и выступит поддержкой в случае падения цены ниже 72.

 

евродоллар пробил поддержку 1,43 и вернулся обратно в диапазон 1,38-1,43 где он торговался почти 4 месяца. сейчас ЕД находится в нижней части диапазона и уже вошел в зону перепроданности. маловероятно, что цена пролетит хорошо проторгованный диапазон без задержек, поэтому около поддержки 1,38 и ниже ищем разворотные сигналы.

 

теперь рассмотрим отчеты СОТ и статистический анализ Сезонного Индекса евродоллара.
1. обычно в феврале происходила смена нисходящей тенденции на восходящую. как правило это было 8-15 февраля
2. на рынке экстремально много спекулятивных шортов (красные). крупные игроки, наоборот, накапливают длинные позиции (синие) и скоро устроят шортокрыл.

 

 

теперь рассмотрим отчеты СОТ по индексу доллара.
1. спекулянты в эйфории и ставят на дальнейшее укрепление доллара
“умные деньги” все последнее время активно продают и уже накопили максимальное число коротких позиций за последнее время.

 

прошлый уровень сопротивления 1360 ( http://stockportal.ru/technical/?p=1257 ) теперь является ближайшей поддержкой. в случае закрепления цены под ним возможен возврат индекса в проторгованный диапазон 1230-1360. сегодняшняя свеча “дожи” делает возможным краткосрочный отскок и закрытие гэпа. поддержки - 1360 и 1300, сопротивления - 1400 и 1460.

      Всем Привет. Давно я не писал в блоге, да и на фондовый рынок не заглядывал  тоже очень давно. Дела семейные и рабочие не позволяли этим заниматься. но все же ближе к лету разгреб дела и стал наблюдать за рынком.

      Признаюсь честно, после веселой осени и вообще конца года, я ожидал продолжения праздника жизни для медведей. Но…..Как всегда в то что должен регулировать рынок недрогнувшей рукой начало регулировать государство. Запрет на шорты и прочие прелести жизни не дали российскому рынку акцый оказатся там где ему и место.
       Статистика по промпроизводству , оттоку каптала и прочие вещи посмотрев на которые нормальный инвестор с ужасом бы бежал из России не оказали того воздействия которые должны были ожидать. А я признаюсь честно ожидал именно падения и планировал на уровне в 300-400 пунктов по РТС или ММББ прикупить акций в портфель. Но…..
        Я ОШИБСЯ в своих прогнозах, да и хор аналитиков и экспертов вторил все плохо, рост не настоящий…..хорошо что выполнил часть своего плана по покупке бумаг по выбранным уровням. Это и полиметал по 89р и Сбер по 22р и Акрон по 330 и Роснефть по 170р.
        Тем не менее я не верил в рост ничем не подкрепленный, тем более при падение промпроизводства, росте банковской просрочке и пузыре надуваемом на рынке сырья.Но… как всегда рынок ведет себя так как хочет.
       Тем не менее в последние в Июне мы с женой зафиксировали прибыль по Полиметалу +65% за 1,5года, Роснефти 20% за 9 месяцев,сбербанке 30% за полгода, ФСК ЕС и Гусгидро по 57 и 65% за 1год соответственно. Тем не менее мы зафиксировали лишь часть портфеля.Малую часть. В основном мы сидим в бумагах и то что зафиксировано относится к спекулятивной части а не к инвестиционной.
      В портфеле остались еще Газпром,ВТБ, Лукойл,Норникель, Акрон,Дорогобуж,Соллерс,Разгуляй, Пава,МТС.Возможно что то не упомянул. Сидим ждем осени)))Всеже я считаю что в летней болтанке надо акуратно подходить к покупке акций. Что можно сказать по поводу перспектив рынка….А фиг его знает, есть конечно свое мнение. Но надо учитывать что у каждого свое отношение к риску. Я вполне спокойно могу воспринять падение и в 90%, а для кого то и 5% уже нервяк и ужас. Тем не менее, считаю что рынок будет ниже чем сейчас. Мы отрасли, дали заработать иностранцам,ВЭБу и Инвестконторам пора и на покой.Вреям стричь купоны.
        В общем у кого железные нервы вперед в покупку, я же подожду если уровни будут привлекательными, а они будут привлекательными только по фундаментальной оценке в большей степепни, то я куплю, может не весь объем как расчитываю но часть точно.
